シミュレーター教官採用 (SFI)

業務内容 / Job Description	フルフライトシミュレーターを使用した訓練およびブリーフィング・地上訓練の実施各種訓練プログラムの運用・進捗管理その他ウエットトレーニングに付随する業務 Conduct training using a full flight simulator / Briefing & De-briefing and theoretical knowledge training (Ground School). Operation of various training programs and its management. Perform other duties related to pilot training.
応募要件 / Application Requirements	これまでの経験を活かし、新しい訓練ビジネスを共に作り上げていく意欲のある方。 JCABもしくはKMOLIT発行の、次のいずれかの型式の航空機に関するATPL（定期運送用操縦士免許）および型式限定証明書を保有していること。 B737, A320, B787 航空運送事業の用に適する飛行機の機長（PIC）として通算1,000時間の飛行経験、または次のいずれかの航空機の機長として500時間の飛行経験を有すること。教官の経験があれば尚可。 B737, A320, B787 英語の会話・読み書き能力が優れていること。セッションのブリーフィングや訓練を円滑に進めるために、英語を十分に使いこなせる能力と流暢さを有すること。 Individuals who are motivated to leverage their past experience to help build a new training business together. Certificate of ATPL issued by JCAB or KMOLIT and type rating of the aircraft on type below. B737, A320, B787 Has the career of total 1,000 flight hours as a PIC on the Air Transport A/C or 500 flight hours as PIC of any of the following aircraft. Instructor experience is preferred. B737, A320, B787 Good ability to speak/write/read English. Has a good command and fluency in the English language to be able to facilitate session briefings and training.
給与・待遇 / Salary and Benefits	雇用形態：契約社員（1年契約／更新あり）、パートタイム（週20時間程度）給与：経験等を考慮し、当社規定の職務・職能基準に照らし合わせ決定訓練に応じた時間給（シミュレーター訓練時／ブリーフィング・地上訓練時）待遇および福利厚生：年次有給休暇あり、通勤費支給（会社規程に基づき支給、上限あり）その他契約書およびパートタイマー就業規則に定めるところによる。 Employment Type Contract employee (1-year contract, renewable) Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) Salary Determined based on experience and in accordance with the company's job and skill standards Hourly wage based on type of training (simulator training / briefing and ground training) Benefits and Welfare Annual paid leave available Commuting expenses provided (based on company regulations, with an upper limit) Other conditions are defined in the employment contract and part-time work regulations
