Synthetic Flight Instructor

Job Description

Conduct training using a full flight simulator / Briefing & De-briefing.
Conduct theoretical knowledge training (Ground School).
Operation of various training programs and its management.
Perform other duties related to pilot training.

Application Requirements

Individuals who are eager to utilize their experience to help build a new training business.
Type Rating for A320 or B787.
Over 250 hours of PIC time on A320 or B787.
Experience as a SFI is preferred.
English proficiency (equivalent to ICAO Level 4 or higher).

Salary and Benefits

Employment Type: Contract employee (1-year contract, renewable), part-time (approximately 20 hours per week).
Salary: Determined based on experience and in accordance with company job and skill standards.
Hourly wage based on training (simulator training/briefing and ground training).
Benefits: Annual paid leave, commuting expenses provided (according to company regulations, with a cap).
